Many of my stories come from a place in my childhood. I write to nurture the younger version of myself, to help my own children through difficult feelings and I now share my stories to help other children.

Emotions can be difficult to manage, especially if they are new and unfamiliar, or strong and seem too big to handle. Each and every adult you see will have faced difficult emotions in their childhood, but not all will have been taught how to manage them and this can leave tough feelings from childhood lingering in adulthood.

I want all children to feel able to feel freely, to express their emotions openly, to learn to be good advocates for their own mental health and also those around them.

Seeking help with difficult emotions, feelings, fears and worries is a really good way to stop them getting out of control.
